Events & Workshops
Since we opened in 2010 we knew that being a hub of educational workshops and events for the fitness and strength community in Tucson would be the key to success. In the past 8 years we held national fitness certifications, had world class strength coaches and innovators teach in our gym, as well as taught numerous fitness Continuing Education Workshops ourselves. Since 2014 we have held some of the biggest powerlifting meets that southern Arizona has seen in decades. We have helped put the sport back on the map in Tucson. The have hosted 100% Raw, UPA, and now the home of USPA Powerlifting Meets in Tucson.

USPA TESTED and Open Summer Slam

July 18, 2026
This is a drug tested competition. There will be Full Power , Deadlift Only, and Bench Press Only Divisions.
Weigh ins for this meet will be Friday June 17thth from 9am-11am and 4pm – 5:30pm.
Spectators and Coaches will pay a daily fee of $15 at the door.
We will be using Texas Squat Bar 55lbs for all squat flights. 20kg power bar for all bench press flights, and a Texas deadlift bar for all deadlift flights.

This is the Arizona State Championships. There will be Tested and Open Divisions. Full Power, bench only, and Deadlift only divisions. Raw, Classic Raw, and single Ply divisions.
Weigh ins will be October 23rd from 9a-11a and 4-5:30p
We wil be using Texas Squat Bars(55lb) for all squat flights, Texas Power bar for Bench, and Texas Deadlift Bar for Deadlift.
Qualifier for 2027 National Championships.

Come join us for a fun day of raising money for The Sanctuary Project Dog Rescue
It will consiste of a timed circuit of Sled Pull, Sled Push, and Farmers Carry. Open, Masters, and Novice Divisions. All Participants receive a shirt. $50 to enter, all proceeds go to the Sanctuary Project. Starts tat 10am. Register Below.
