Events & Workshops
Since we opened in 2010 we knew that being a hub of educational workshops and events for the fitness and strength community in Tucson would be the key to success. In the past 8 years we held national fitness certifications, had world class strength coaches and innovators teach in our gym, as well as taught numerous fitness Continuing Education Workshops ourselves. Since 2014 we have held some of the biggest powerlifting meets that southern Arizona has seen in decades. We have helped put the sport back on the map in Tucson. The have hosted 100% Raw, UPA, and now the home of USPA Powerlifting Meets in Tucson.

uspa REGIONALS
DATE: October 25th
This will be a National Level Meet! You can set USPA National and World Records! This will be a one day Meet. Everyone will compete on October 25th.Â
This meet will offer Drug Tested and Non Tested Divisions.
Weigh ins will be Friday October 24th from 9am-11am and 4p-6pm.Â
Spectators and coaches will pay $15 at the door
USPA TESTED AZ POWERLIFTING CLASSIC

FEBRUARY 21.2026
This is a drug tested competition. There will be Full Power , Deadlift Only, and Bench Press Only Divisions.
Weigh ins for this meet will be Friday Ferbruary 20th from 9am-11am and 4pm – 5:30pm.
Spectators and Coaches will pay a daily fee of $15 at the door.
We will be using Texas Squat Bar 55lbs for all squat flights. 20kg power bar for all bench press flights, and a Texas deadlift bar for all deadlift flights.

Come join us for a fun day of raising money for The Sanctuary Project Dog RescueÂ
It will consiste of a timed circuit of Sled Pull, Sled Push, and Farmers Carry. Open, Masters, and Novice Divisions. All Participants receive a shirt. $50 to enter, all proceeds go to the Sanctuary Project. Starts tat 10am. Register Below.
USPA Tucson Strength Classic

This meet will have drug tested and non tested divisions running on the same day. Make sure to register for the correct competition.
