Thanks for being a member of Tucson Strength. This page outlines our cancellation policy and other terms and conditions of our memberships.

CANCELLATION POLICY: PLEASE READ

Your membership is not cancelled until you have completed our system-generated electronic form delivered to your inbox. You can request the form in your inbox by any one of these methods:

  • call the gym and request cancellation
  • request cancellation in person
  • email customerservice@tucsonstrength.com with CANCEL in the subject line
  • text CANCEL to 520-636-7976

Once you have accessed the form please complete it, submit it, and wait for confirmation of receipt. If you haven’t received email confirmation that the form has been received please email customerservice@tucsonstrength.com or call 520-445-6800.

CANCELLATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Please note we strictly enforce a 30-day notice to cancel with no grace period. This means the notice to cancel must be delivered to us 30 days prior to your billing date. Example: If your billing date is the 5th of the month, you must have your cancellation to us no later than the 5th of this month (your current billing date) so you won’t be billed on the 5th of the next month. This is clearly written in our membership agreement and presented at point of sale. Your membership will be active for 30 days after your last payment. If you cancel after that date, no refunds will be given for past dues charged.
  • If you are currently in a contract with us, you must finish your contractually obligated commitment. We will not cancel your agreement until it is complete. If you have questions regarding the terms of your membership or special circumstances, please contact us.

Completing the Mindbody form is our only acceptable means of cancelling your membership. We do NOT accept cancellations over the phone or at the gym. If you have not completed and submitted a form that came to your email inbox, you have not successfully cancelled your membership.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

ALL cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

Cancel 14 days or more before the workshop start date: we will refund the full purchase price (less the 30% fee) or you can receive full credit towards other services offered at Tucson Strength.

Cancel between 14 days and 48 hours before the workshop start date: we will not issue a refund but we will give you credit (less the 30% fee) toward any services offered to be used within 6 months of the workshop start date.

Cancel within 48 hours of the workshop start date: we will not issue any refund or credit.

Workshops or events offered by third parties hosted at Tucson Strength are subject to that organization’s cancellation policy.
