Events & Workshops
Since we opened in 2010 we knew that being a hub of educational workshops and events for the fitness and strength community in Tucson would be the key to success. In the past 8 years we held national fitness certifications, had world class strength coaches and innovators teach in our gym, as well as taught numerous fitness Continuing Education Workshops ourselves. Since 2014 we have held some of the biggest powerlifting meets that southern Arizona has seen in decades. We have helped put the sport back on the map in Tucson. The have hosted 100% Raw, UPA, and now the home of USPA Powerlifting Meets in Tucson.

USPA Southwest summer Slam
DATE: July 20, 2024
A full day of Powerlifting! Full Power, Bench Only and Deadlift Only at Tucson Strength.
This meet is qualifier for:
- 2024 National Championship with a Class 1 total. TBD
- 2024 North American Championship with a Class 1 total
Lifters can compete in Raw, Classic Raw, or Single Ply.
Spectators Allowed. $10 Admission

4th Ave Gym Powerlifting Classic in Yuma
