We will break down the squat piece by piece to make sure you are getting the most out of your squat. From problems solving whether you should be low bar or high bar, to fine tuning your stance and make sure you are wearing the correct shoes for the squat based on your body type and squat position.

We will also be discussing squat programming and touring on the best assistance exercise to maximize your squat!

Workshop will be taught by Danny Sawaya, owner of Tucson Strength and Head Coach of Tucson Barbell Club.
