Whether you are an experienced lifter or novice these workshops are for you!

Whether you are looking to compete in the sport of powerlifting or show improvement in your strength & conditioning program we got you covered.

WE WILL COVER:
- Proper set up and execution of the big lifts
- Discuss which variations may be appropriate for you.
- Finding Your Ideal Stance
- The importance of mastering tension and breath
These workshops will be hands on. Come prepared to get underneath the bar to practice technique.
OPEN TO MEMBERS AND NON MEMBERS
Open to everyone. You don’t have to be a member of Tucson Strength to attend. Members receive 10% discount.
Each clinic is 2 hours long
$60 each
