WE WILL COVER:

  • Proper set up and execution of the big lifts
  • Discuss which variations may be appropriate for you.
  • Finding Your Ideal Stance
  • The importance of mastering tension and breath

These workshops will be hands on. Come prepared to get underneath the bar to practice technique.

OPEN TO MEMBERS AND NON MEMBERS

Open to everyone. You don’t have to be a member of Tucson Strength to attend. Members receive 10% discount.
