Working on fitness and eating healthy is important. Many of us know it  and struggle to commit to it. We see people come in all the time ready to change their lives with fitness, only to disappear a short time later with no success.  The reasons can vary, but many times starting an exercise plan isn’t the first thing we should add to our life to be healthier. Much of the time we need to look at what needs to be removed from our lives before we have the capacity to ADD more to our lives. Fitness and training though good, are also an added stress.
