Listed below is our current group training schedule. You must have a  group training membership to attend these classes. If you are interested in trying our classes, please call to see which classes we offer a complimentary session for. If you are interested in memberships, tours or day passes come after 9am daily or schedule a consultation. 

 GYM HOURS:Monday- Friday 5:15am-9pm/ Saturday 5:15am-6pm / Sunday: 7a-6pm
